Mosaic is Magic!
Once you’ve tried it, we just know you’ll be hooked on Mosaic’s therapeutic and absorbing qualities. You really do get lost in the whole making process, but more than that, mosaic can provide you with the opportunity to create something really beautiful to treasure.
Rachel Shilston is an experienced mosaic artist, she will build your skills from the ground up and help you create several marvellous mosaic. You will be guided through every step to create a beautiful set of mosaics that you can be proud of.
You’ll be making unique pieces of art under Rachel’s expert tuition but you’ll also be making some new friends at the same time. While you’re learning a new creative skill you’ll also be chatting to the other attendees, sharing stories, thoughts and ideas and although you may start the session off as strangers you and your fellow attendees’ will leave like a group of friends.

6 weeks 2pm-4pm from Friday 11 February
We may be able to provide support to help carers or those without their own transport to attend!
This course is free to those living in the HR9 postal area. However, we are asking participants who would like to to make a voluntary donation towards the costs of our courses. This will help us to continue to provide activities once our grant funding ends in early 2022.
