Course description:
Are you waiting for diagnosis for ADHD? Thinking about approaching your GP about it? Increasing awareness has meant that more people are in this position. This short, friendly course will help you while you wait by building up useful knowledge, sources of accurate information, strategies and support. You will be able to identify further learning opportunities that will help you further.
