Lets look after our mental health and wellbeing with this 5 week Mindfulness Skills Course.

Mindfulness helps us to understand how our mind works and shows us how we can interrupt negative ways of thinking by bringing our attention back to the present moment.

Mindfulness can help us deal with stress and life challenges more effectively.

Over the 5 weeks you will learn

  • How to calm your thoughts and feelings
  • How to use your breath to help you relax your body
  • How focusing the mind interrupts rumination
  • How to treat yourself with kindness and compassion
  • How to engage more fully with your life
  • How to savour the good things in your life
  • How connecting with nature can support your physical and mental health
