5 weekly sessions, starting Wednesday 11th May 2022 at 11:15

A gentle way to brighten your senses, find some inner calm get some exercise and feel more connected to our natural environment.

A peaceful walk with a guided mindfulness meditation, followed by a reflective group meeting.

These walks will help you to slow down and unwind, whilst connecting more deeply with our wonderful natural world.

Join Alithea from Herefordshire Wildlife Trust at various venues around Ross

Starting from The Prospect

There will be 5 weekly sessions with a break on 1st June.

The final session on 15th June will be 11:15 to 13:30, please bring a packed lunch for this session.

If you would like to attend but have no means of transport, please let us know. We will do our best to help.
